Make your thinking clear.
Give your argument a shape. Make every paragraph earn its place. Then read it through someone else’s eyes.

One draft. Three ways to see it.
A short proposal about focused work shows how structure, feedback and a reader’s perspective work together.
Make room for focused work
Read the shape of the argument before changing the words.
We should protect Wednesday mornings for focused work. A four-week trial would give our team a chance to finish tasks that need uninterrupted attention.
Imagine preparing a proposal between three short meetings. Each interruption asks you to put the argument down and pick it up again. One clear morning gives that work room to develop.
Some conversations cannot wait. Keep urgent customer calls and time-sensitive decisions outside the rule, and agree what counts as urgent before the trial starts.
At the end of four weeks, ask the team what they completed, what was harder and whether to continue. Choose a start date at our next team meeting.
Start with what you want to say.

Shape the argument
Open Outline. Give each paragraph a short summary and a role: claim, evidence, example, objection or conclusion. Use Reorder to change the sequence. Add a note wherever a question needs more thought.
- 2
Revise with purpose
Open Review argument to look for gaps, weak support and unclear steps. Treat the feedback as questions to consider. For a specific sentence, use Rewrite to tighten, clarify, make concrete or soften it. Edit a suggestion before you apply it.

Read it as your reader
Open Reader view. Set what you want someone to understand, believe and do. Read the draft without the editing tools, then return to the passages that need work. Export to Word, Markdown or HTML when you’re ready.
