People Work Life
A founder-led employee-experience company, building one connected suite that helps organisations listen continuously, understand honestly and act on what their people actually experience.
One connected suite, built for the whole of work
People Work Life Ltd is a small, founder-led company based in Ascot, in the United Kingdom. We were started by people who had spent years inside the gap between what organisations say they value and what their people actually experience — and who were tired of tools that widened that gap instead of closing it.
So we set out to build something different: a single, connected employee-experience suite built on two pillars — software that listens and consulting that helps you act. One system, designed so the loop closes — what listening surfaces, consulting can design around, with the software measuring whether it landed.
The software is a suite of six platforms. pindrop is the flagship — strategic listening for People and Culture, and the recognised practice platform of the EX Institute. Around it sit MaturityMap for managing culture change end to end, JourneyMap for strategy canvases and journey mapping, Portraits for 360-degree feedback that becomes a development plan, CustomCoach for white-label coaching, and Evidence Base, the I/O-psychology library that keeps the research one search away.
Three commitments, in brief
They run through everything we make. Spelled out properly in the manifesto; here is the short version.
Human-centred
We start with people, not platforms. The point of everything we make is that someone at work feels more understood, more supported and more able to do their best.
Read the manifesto →Evidence-led
We measure what the research says actually matters, and we show our working. Every construct links back to published I/O psychology, so claims can be checked rather than taken on faith.
See the evidence →AI-native
We build with AI from the ground up, not as a bolt-on. It reads the open text, finds the pattern and frames the next step — so understanding scales without losing the human in it.
How we work →people · work · life
The name is the order of priority, read left to right.
People come first — because organisations are not org charts, they are human beings choosing to give their effort and attention.
Work is the thing we share — meaningful, well-designed work is one of the great sources of dignity and purpose in a life, and worth taking seriously.
Life is the wider whole that work has to fit inside. People do not stop being people when they clock on, and the best workplaces never ask them to.
Read together, the three dots are the brand mark — coral, blue and green — and a reminder of what we are actually for.
